Mr. Pradeep has vast experience (approximate 16 years) in various institutions like - Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (O.N.G.C.), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (B.S.N.L.), Doon Valley Special Area Development Authority (S.A.D.A.) and Uttarakhand Secretariat. Mr Pradeep joined UCOST since January, 2006 and working as Stenographer. Mr Pradeep also embodied with analytical ability for societal matters and published article in 2nd Rashtriya Yuva Vaigyanik Sammelan-2010 entitled "NEED AND SCOPE FOR MEDICATION TOURISM IN UTTARAKHAND".
